Delivery timeframes
Delivery time depends on your distance from our Auckland warehouse.
- North Island Next day, including Auckland.
- South Island Two days.
- Rural deliveries Add one day to the above.
We make every reasonable effort to meet these times, but we can't take responsibility for delays once an order is with the courier.

In-store pickup
10:00AM to 4:00PM, from 2 Ross Reid Place, East Tamaki, Auckland.
International shipping
Normally New Zealand only. If international freight is required, get in touch to discuss your shipping requirements.
