Closed cell, high-density
We use tough closed cell high-density black polyethylene foam. It won't fade or discolour, and it's moisture-proof and cleanable. We pick the right grade for each job to protect against vibration, shock and rough handling.
In addition, we incorporate open cell foam in the design where it is required.
CNC to your contour
Every insert is CNC-cut to the exact contour of your equipment, cradling it and stopping movement in transit. Laid-out pockets and slots keep accessories easy to find and account for.
